Registration Guideline
- 1. Online registration is highly recommended. If online registration is not available, please contact the secretariat at reg@ksum.or.kr.
- 2. After you complete your online registration, you can only modify your personal information until April 25, 2016.
If you wish to change the registration category or cancel your registration, please contact the secretariat at reg@ksum.or.kr. - 3. A receipt for your registration can be issued at My Page after you receive the confirmation letter of your registration.
- 4. Online registration will be available until April 25, 2016. From April 26, 2016 you will be required to register on-site.

Registration Process
- Step 1. Sign-Up
Register your ID (e-mail) and password to join as a member of our website.
★ For registration and abstract submission, please use the same ID(e-mail) and password created when you signed up. - Step 2. Online Registration
After signing up, log-in with your ID and register for KSUM Open 2016 by typing in the requested information. - Step 3. Acknowledgement of Registration
Acknowledgement of Registration will be sent to you via e-mail within three days after your on-line registration. - Step 4. Payment
- Step 5. Confirmation of Registration
Confirmation of Registration will be sent to you via e-mail within three weeks after receipt of the appropriate payment. - Step 6. Complete Complete your online registration
★ You will receive your confirmation of registration within 3 weeks after the payment clearance.
- Acknowledgement of Registration
- Acknowledgement of Registration will be sent to you via e-mail within three days after your online registration.
- Payment Status (Check at ‘My Page’)

- - You can check the payment status of your registration at ‘My Page’.
- - Payment needed: Payment has not been made yet.
- - On-going: Payment has been successfully completed, but registration fee has not been credited to the KSUM Open 2016 account yet.
- - Completed: Online registration and payment have been successfully completed.
- Confirmation of Registration

- - Confirmation of Registration will be sent to you via e-mail within three weeks after receipt of the appropriate payment.
- - Registration without appropriate payment will not be honored until the full payment is received.
- - Payment Status will be changed from 'Payment is needed' to 'Payment is confirmed ' within three weeks of clearance of your payment.
Payment Method
Payment of fees should be made using one of the following options.
- Credit Card

- - Payment by credit card is available only through the on-line registration.
- - The following credit cards will be accepted: VISA, MasterCard, and JCB.
- - All service charges of credit cards are to be paid by the registrants.
- - The actual debit amount is subject to change according to the exchange rate.
- - The merchant name on your credit card statement will be 'KCP'.
- Wire Transfer

- - All bank remittance charges are to be paid by the registrants.
- - If the sender’s name is different from the name of the registrant, please send a copy of the wire transfer slip to the KSUM Open 2016.
Secretariat by fax or e-mail (reg@ksum.or.kr) after writing the registrant’s name that appears on the bank remittance receipt.
